Last updated: October 22, 2026

The Attitude Seedbank is a long-established UK cannabis seed reseller. The company behind it, The Attitude Incorporated Ltd, has been registered in Ipswich since 2007 and sells seeds from roughly 200 breeder brands through its flagship store at cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk. American buyers are served by a separate store, Attitude Seedbank USA, which ships only within the United States. Our verdict: a large, established reseller with strong breeder choice and generous freebies, held back by the absence of a germination guarantee on the UK side, breeder-dependent replacements on the US side, paid shipping on every US order and strict no-refund terms. We score it 7.0/10.

This review is based on both stores’ published policies, current prices and independent customer feedback. Facts were checked on October 22, 2026; where a UK page could only be read in an archived copy, we give the date of that copy. We did not place an order.

Buying From The Attitude Seedbank in the USA

Many American buyers search for “Attitude Seedbank USA”, and there is a real US store under that name. Its FAQ calls the UK shop its “flagship site, Attitude UK”, and its chargeback rule says a ban applies “across both Attitude USA and Attitude UK”, so the two stores present themselves as one brand. The US store ships only to the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. It does not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses and does not ship internationally.

Orders from the US store arrive in the breeder’s original, unopened packaging inside a plain USPS Priority box, according to the FAQ, with no mention of Attitude or seeds on the label. The UK store’s own FAQ (archived April 2026) still says it ships worldwide and lists the USA among its destinations, and its delivery page (archived July 2025) warns that seeds may be removed from breeder packs for discreet shipping to some countries, including the United States. For a US address, the domestic store avoids customs and repacking.

The US store sells only to adults 21 and over and calls its seeds “Novelty Collectible Genetic Souvenirs”. Its terms quote a 2022 DEA letter on seeds, which predates the 2026 hemp changes in the legal note below.

Who The Attitude Seedbank Is

Companies House lists The Attitude Incorporated Ltd as a private limited company incorporated on December 12, 2007, status Active, registered office 14 Quadrangle Centre, The Drift, Ipswich, and a last confirmation statement dated January 15, 2026. The UK store’s terms and conditions name the same company and list PO Box 803, Ipswich IP3 8XZ for postal orders.

The US store does not name its operator in its terms or privacy policy; both refer to “The Attitude Seed Bank USA, Parent Company and any DBAs”. Its payment instructions name Attitude Novelty LLC, 7700 E Arapahoe Rd, Centennial, Colorado, as the payee for wire transfers, cash and money orders go to PO Box 461438 in Aurora, Colorado, and the privacy policy gives a data protection address for “Attitude Midwest” in Westminster, Colorado. We could not confirm these entities in the Colorado business register.

Both stores are resellers; the US FAQ says the store “does not produce any of the seeds sold on our site”. The UK store also sells its own “The Attitude Seedbank” line.

Catalog and Seed Types

The UK store is huge. Its brand menu in April 2026 linked to about 210 brand categories, from Barney’s Farm, Dutch Passion, Sensi Seeds and Green House Seeds to US names such as Compound Genetics, In House Genetics, Humboldt Seed Organization and Cali Connection, plus accessories, vaporizers and apparel. Pick and mix lets you buy single seeds from a long list of breeders.

The US store is smaller but still broad: about 80 breeder brands in its menu and roughly 1,100 product pages in its sitemap on October 22, 2026, including clones and snips from a handful of suppliers. Many listings were out of stock when we checked. Both stores sell feminized, autoflower and regular seeds. If you are still deciding on a seed type, our guide to feminized vs autoflower vs regular seeds explains the trade-offs.

Prices and Pack Sizes

Pack sizes follow each breeder, from single seeds to 10-packs and more, so per-seed prices vary widely. These are prices on US product pages on October 22, 2026:

Strain (breeder, type)PackPricePer seed
Lucid Feelz (Brothers Grimm, feminized)9 seeds$33.00$3.67
Lilac OG BX1 (Ethos Genetics, regular)8 seeds$70.00$8.75
Mango Frost Auto (FastBuds, autoflower)5 seeds$52.00 on sale (regular $65.00)$10.40 ($13.00 regular)
FireGum (TH Seeds, feminized)2 seeds$35.00$17.50
Blue Dream (Barney’s Farm, feminized)1 seed$18.00$18.00

The 3-seed and 5-seed packs of Barney’s Farm Blue Dream ($46.00 and $67.00) were out of stock on the same day. On the UK store, a 5-pack of Barney’s Farm and Doja Exclusive Papaya Frosting cost £47.99 (about £9.60 a seed) in an archived product page from July 2025; UK prices include VAT, and the store charges in pounds or euros, depending on the payment gateway. US prices do not include sales tax, which is added at checkout where due.

In a Reddit thread from April 27, 2025, users found per-pack prices at Attitude often higher than at another large seedbank but the freebies more generous. Shipping is extra on every US order.

Shipping by Region

United States. The US store’s shipping page lists, as of October 22, 2026: Priority or similar Small (up to 8 seed packs) $13.95, Medium (9 packs or more) $22.95, and Guaranteed Shipping with extra insurance and a 21+ signature at $30.00 or $40.00. We found no free-shipping threshold. The store quotes 4 working days to process and ship (5 during holidays and sales), then 3 to 8 business days to the US mainland and 5 to 10 to Hawaii and Alaska. Guaranteed Shipping replaces a parcel only if it is lost in transit, not if it is stolen or shown as delivered; standard parcels carry up to $100 of USPS insurance, which you claim yourself.

United Kingdom. The UK delivery page (archived July 2025) lists £5.99 by Royal Mail First Class or courier, tracked and signed for, in 1 to 4 business days. Orders normally ship within 3 business days.

Europe, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world. The UK store says it ships worldwide by national mail services for £11.99 to £14.99 (July 2025), with 7 to 15 business days and up to 21. Its FAQ (archived April 2026) lists Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the USA and many European countries among destinations where it can deliver to PO boxes. With the optional “Guaranteed” shipping, a parcel that has not arrived 21 business days after dispatch is reshipped or refunded under the terms; without it, the store helps trace the parcel but takes no responsibility. Import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping to the US does not make growing legal everywhere. Seed and cultivation laws differ by state, and the federal hemp definition is changing in stages between November 12 and December 11, 2026 (P.L. 119-37, section 781, as amended by P.L. 119-103), which may affect how cannabis seeds can be sold and shipped (Congressional Research Service summary). Check your state and local rules before you order.

Germination Guarantee: What Each Store Offers

UK store: no guarantee. We found no germination guarantee on the UK store. Its terms say it “cannot, and will not discuss germination/yields/THC levels”, because germinating cannabis seeds without a licence is illegal in the UK. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours, unopened packs can be returned within 14 days at your cost, and no claims are handled after 3 months.

US store: replacements decided by the breeder. The US FAQ sets out a germination replacement process rather than a guarantee:

  • Who decides: claims are forwarded to the breeder, and “All replacements will be 100% at the discretion of the breeder”. Allow up to 10 business days for a response.
  • Deadline: within 6 months of the purchase date. Later claims are still forwarded, but replacement is less likely.
  • Process: wait up to 14 days, then file the Germination Issue Form with a photo of the seeds and setup.
  • Exclusions: free UFO seeds, promo seeds and breeder promo seeds are not covered. Customers in 22 states are not eligible “due to local restrictions”: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Eligibility follows the shipping address.
  • Expectations: the store says germination rates of 80% or higher are “normal and acceptable”.

Incorrect or damaged items on US orders must be reported within 4 days of delivery through the Order Issue Form, with a photo showing each pack’s 4-digit code. All US sales are final: the store offers no returns or exchanges and refunds only out-of-stock items.

Payment Methods

US store. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (online or by phone, with phone orders shipped only to the card’s billing address); cash or USPS money order by mail to the Aurora, Colorado PO box; wire or bank transfer to Attitude Novelty LLC; and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Monero. Charges are in US dollars. A chargeback filed without contacting the store first leads to a ban on both stores.

UK store. Credit and debit cards online or by phone, but the terms state “We do not accept MasterCard and Maestro cards”; international prepaid cards; cash by post in GBP, EUR, USD, AUD or CAD; cheques and postal orders from within the UK only; UK and international bank transfers; and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Monero and Tether. Card orders are charged in pounds or euros, depending on the payment gateway.

Deals, Freebies and Discount Codes

Free seeds (UFOs). Both stores add free seeds by spend tier. On October 22, 2026 the US homepage offered free seeds on seed orders over $25, $100, $200, $300 and $400, and the UK homepage (April 2026) used tiers from £0.50 to £120. UFOs can change without notice.

Sales, breeder and payment promotions. On October 22, 2026 the US promotions page showed a “Croptober Sale 2026” of 20 to 50 percent off selected brands and strains, extra freebies on orders over $300 and freebies for spending $100 with cryptocurrencies. Banners from September 2026 for spending over $500 and for spending $100 by wire, bank transfer, cash or money order were still on the page. Breeder offers included 3 free feminized Six Senses seeds with any G13 Labs pack. The FAQ says these promotions can stack.

Discount codes. The US store allows one code per order and publishes codes on its promotions page, social media and monthly newsletter. As of October 2026 the promotions page showed the Croptober Sale but no discount code, and we found no verified current code for the UK store.

Loyalty and price matching. We found no loyalty program on either store. The UK terms offer a price match on phone orders, without freebies.

Customer Service

  • Contact form, Order Issue Form and Germination Issue Form
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Mountain Time
  • Post: PO Box 461438, Aurora, CO 80046

UK store: phone 01473 724698 (international +44 1473 724698), email [email protected] (listed in the privacy policy), and post to PO Box 803, Ipswich IP3 8XZ. Neither store gives growing advice, and the US FAQ says it will not answer messages that contain rude language or profanity.

Public complaint data is thin. SmartCustomer showed no reviews for cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk and none for attitudeseedbankusa.com on October 22, 2026, and we found no BBB profile for either store. SeedFinder users rate the UK store’s customer service 6.43 out of 10, its lowest sub-score.

Reputation

SeedFinder. The SeedFinder page for The Attitude Seedbank showed a General Impression score of 7.07 out of 10 from 141 user reviews on October 22, 2026, with sub-scores of 7.18 for product quality, 7.61 for delivery speed and 6.43 for customer service. The newest review is from January 2024. Reviews are mixed: some praise fast UK delivery and germination, while others from 2022 and 2023 report packs they believed were mislabeled or poor germination, and some international buyers mention parcels held by customs.

Reddit. Threads on r/microgrowery are mostly positive about reliability and freebies, with complaints about price and a few disputes:

  • “Attitude seed bank usa” (May 12, 2023): replies call the US store legitimate; two users report delivery within 2 to 3 days.
  • “Can I trust Attitude SeedBank?” (March 19, 2024, replies into 2026): many users report successful orders and a replaced missing parcel. Later replies include a parcel said to have arrived without seeds (September 2024), a 10-day wait with no answer (April 2025) and a USDC crypto payment the shop reportedly did not recognize (November 2025).
  • “Attitude seed bank?” (November 19, 2024): US store users report receiving seeds and generous freebies; one says a seized parcel was refunded without guaranteed shipping.
  • “The Attitude Seedbank vs Seedsman?” (April 27, 2025): Attitude is described as pricier per pack but more generous with freebies; two later replies describe payment disputes.

A THCFarmer thread from February 2022 includes a customer who says they have ordered for more than ten years and another who says delivery can take one to four weeks. These are individual reports that we cannot verify.

Website and Ordering

Both stores share one platform with brand menus, seed type and trait filters, advanced search, order history with tracking and a printable mail-order form; the UK store adds a currency switcher. The design is dated, the menus are long, and key rules such as the missing UK guarantee and US final-sale terms are spread across the FAQ, terms and delivery pages.

Who The Attitude Seedbank Suits, and Who Should Look Elsewhere

A good fit if you: want one shop with a very large choice of breeders, including hard-to-find US genetics; value original breeder packs (US store) or single seeds via pick and mix (UK store); like stacking freebies on larger orders; or want to pay by cash, money order, bank transfer or crypto.

Look elsewhere if you: want a written germination guarantee; live in one of the 22 states excluded from US replacements; place small orders where $13.95 shipping is a large share of the bill; want refunds or returns after purchase on the US store; or want to pay by Mastercard on the UK store.

The Attitude Seedbank scores 7.0/10 overall. Product Range is its strongest category at 8.5/10: about 210 brand categories on the UK store and around 80 breeders on the US store cover classics and modern US genetics alike. Seed Quality and Germination scores 7.0/10: established breeders, original packs on the US store and a 7.18 product quality rating on SeedFinder, but no UK germination guarantee and breeder-decided US replacements that exclude 22 states. Shipping and Delivery also scores 7.0/10, with domestic USPS Priority for US buyers and worldwide delivery from the UK, but at least $13.95 on every US order.

Customer Service, Price and Value, and Website and UX each score 6.5/10. Support is easy to reach by phone, text and email, but US sales are final and SeedFinder users rate service lowest. Prices are often higher per pack than elsewhere, offset by stackable freebies, and the dated sites spread key rules across several pages.

Final Verdict

The Attitude Seedbank is a long-established business: The Attitude Incorporated Ltd has been registered in Ipswich since 2007, and its UK store carries one of the largest breeder line-ups we have seen. US buyers get a separate domestic store with USPS Priority shipping, original breeder packs and similar freebie-heavy promotions, and both stores accept cash, bank transfer and crypto as well as cards.

The trade-offs are clear in the policies. There is no germination guarantee on the UK store, the US store leaves replacements to the breeder and excludes 22 states, US sales are final, and every US order pays at least $13.95 shipping. If breeder choice and freebies matter more to you than a written guarantee or the lowest price, Attitude is a solid option. To compare it with the rest of the field, see our seedbank review hub.
