Zamnesia Review 2026: Catalog, Shipping and US Status

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Zamnesia is a Dutch online smartshop and seed store run by Just Amazing B.V., founded in 2012. Its seed shop lists more than 3,000 strains from over 100 breeders, including its own Zamnesia Seeds line, and it ships from the Netherlands to the UK and 23 EU countries. Our verdict: a legitimate, well-reviewed European store with one of the largest seed catalogs around, but no longer an option for US buyers, because its US store had closed by October 2026, and it does not ship to Canada or Australia either. We score it 7.3/10.

This review is based on Zamnesia’s published policies and help center, current prices on its European store, and independent customer feedback. All facts were checked on October 22, 2026.

Zamnesia USA: What Changed in 2026

Many readers search for “Zamnesia USA”, so this comes first. In October 2024 Zamnesia launched a separate US store at zamnesia.com/us, with dollar prices and, according to an archived copy of the store from August 22, 2026, free US shipping with 2 to 6 working days delivery. The launch press release described seeds, smoke shop items and grow supplies as part of the US range.

That store is gone. On October 22, 2026, the US store address redirected to the European store, the US language version had been removed from the site, and the shipping list of the European store does not include the United States (“We do not ship to countries not on this list”). Reviews from US customers on Zamnesia’s US Kiyoh page, dated October 8 to 18, 2026, refer to the US store closing and to a closing sale. Zamnesia’s US help center still contains articles that describe a US store, so treat those as outdated. We found no public statement from Zamnesia about whether the US store will return.

Bottom line for US growers: you cannot currently order seeds from Zamnesia. If you see a Zamnesia discount code aimed at US customers, it is unlikely to be usable. Our seedbank review hub lists stores that do ship to the US.

Who Zamnesia Is

According to its About page, Zamnesia took its first order in 2012, started from a living room and now has a warehouse and a team of about sixty people. It calls itself Europe’s market leader in cannabis seeds, smartshop and headshop products; that is the company’s own claim.

The legal entity is Just Amazing B.V. The company information page gives Chamber of Commerce number 54983045, VAT number NL851516166B01 and a main office at Lorentzweg 7 in Schijndel (North Brabant), where no visitors or sales are possible. The Dutch trade register, as shown on OpenCorporates, lists the company as active with an Amsterdam address. Zamnesia is a member of the Dutch Thuiswinkel Waarborg online-shopping trust scheme.

Seeds are one part of a wider shop: the site also sells headshop items, vaporizers, health products, smartshop products, mushroom grow supplies and grow equipment. On its awards page Zamnesia lists Best Online Seed Shop at the International Cannabis Awards in 2024 and 2025, Retail Cannabis Brand of the Year at the Emjays 2024, Best CBD Strain at the 2025 Autoflower World Cup (Green Cure CBD F1) and several HighLife Cup placings for its own strains. These come from the company’s page, but the events are public competitions.

Catalog and Seed Types

The catalog is the main reason to shop here. Zamnesia says it carries more than 3,000 strains from 100+ breeders, and its seed menu lists well over 100 brands, from Barney’s Farm, FastBuds, Greenhouse Seeds, Royal Queen Seeds, Sensi Seeds, Dutch Passion and Sweet Seeds to smaller names such as Ripper Seeds, Kannabia, VIP Seeds and Humboldt Seed Company. Seed types cover feminized, autoflower, regular, F1 hybrid and CBD seeds, plus mix packs. If you are still choosing a type, our guide to feminized vs autoflower vs regular seeds explains the trade-offs.

Classics are easy to find, including White Widow, Northern Lights, Amnesia Haze, Girl Scout Cookies and Gorilla Glue, often from several breeders at once.

The in-house Zamnesia Seeds line includes Ghost Train Haze (feminized and auto), Sticky Beast Auto, Purple Punch, Afghani, Lemon Cherry Gelato and F1 autos such as Green Cure CBD F1. Two extra categories carry limited releases: Zamnesia Exclusive Collabs (made with partner breeders and brands) and Zamnesia Experimental.

Prices and Pack Sizes

Zamnesia Seeds strains usually come in 1, 3, 5 and 10 seed packs; third-party breeders keep their own pack sizes (often 3, 5 and 10). Prices are in euros and include VAT. These are the prices we saw on October 22, 2026, for strains that were not on sale:

So regular house strains run roughly €5 to €8.50 per seed, while the house F1 autos cost more (Green Cure CBD F1: €9.20 to €13.99 per seed); popular third-party feminized strains €6.50 to €10, and premium breeder packs can pass €13 per seed. The lowest per-seed price we saw was €4.90 for the 10-pack of Afghani (€48.99, while the strain carried a 15% promotion); a single Green Cure CBD F1 Autoflower seed cost €13.99. Discounts change often: on the same day Ghost Train Haze was 25% off (3 seeds for €19.49 instead of €25.99). Some breeder pages add a multi-buy discount (5% for 3 packs, 10% for 5, 15% for 10).

Returns: under Dutch and EU consumer law you can withdraw within 14 days of receipt, according to the returns policy. You need an account to order.

Shipping by Region

All orders ship from Zamnesia’s warehouse in the Netherlands. Zamnesia publishes two country tables that do not fully agree: the shipping information page and a help center article last updated October 12, 2026. Costs are identical; free-shipping thresholds and some delivery times differ. A selection:

The other listed countries are Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta (maximum 2 kg), Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden, at €5.49 to €9.99 and 2 to 10 working days. Because the two tables conflict, check the shipping cost shown at checkout before you rely on a threshold.

United States, Canada and Australia. None of the three is on the shipping list. The US store that served American customers had closed by October 2026 (see above).

Dispatch, tracking and packaging. Per the help center, most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 working days after payment, Monday to Friday, and you receive a tracking link by email. Parcels are insured, need a signature, get two delivery attempts and cannot go to PO boxes; pick-up points are available in several EU countries. Packaging is plain, with no Zamnesia logo; the sender on the label is the company name Just Amazing B.V., per the help center and the discreet shipping page. Zamnesia states it cannot advise on the legal status of products in your country, and its product pages say seeds are sold as souvenirs; local law is the buyer’s responsibility.

If you order from a seedbank that does ship to the US, remember that seed and cultivation laws differ by state, and the federal hemp definition is changing in stages between November 12 and December 11, 2026 (P.L. 119-37, section 781, as amended by P.L. 119-103), which may affect how cannabis seeds can be sold and shipped (Congressional Research Service summary). Check your state and local rules before you order.

Germination Guarantee: What Zamnesia Actually Offers

Zamnesia does not publish a germination percentage or a fixed guarantee. Its guarantee page only refers to the statutory warranty that applies to all products. For seeds, the relevant policy is in the help center: if seeds have not sprouted after 7 days in the right conditions, send photos of your setup and the seed packaging plus your order number through the contact form, and Zamnesia says it will “look into a replacement”.

Zamnesia recommends planting seeds about 5 mm deep in moist soil, covered with plastic, at around 26 °C and out of direct sunlight, and warns against soaking seeds in water. There is no published claim deadline or replacement formula, so keep your packaging and photograph each step.

Payment Methods

The payment methods page and the help center list Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer (handled by Stichting Pay.nl; use the payment reference, not your order number), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Zamnesia gift cards. Country-specific options are iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), Blik (Poland) and EPS (Austria). Crypto is accepted: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Ethereum, with no refunds or chargebacks possible on bitcoin payments.

Exceptions: credit cards are not available for Malta and bank transfer is not available for the UK. PayPal is not listed.

Deals, Loyalty and Discount Codes

As of October 2026, these are the ways to pay less at Zamnesia:

Sales. Many strains carry a temporary discount; on October 22, 2026 the site ran a Halloween promotion and several Zamnesia Seeds strains were 15% to 25% off.

Newsletter. Signing up for the newsletter promises 10% off your first order.

Free gift and free seeds. Every order above €60 comes with a free gift, according to the site banner. The help center says free seeds included with an order are matched to what you bought (autoflower freebies for autoflower orders, for example).

Codes. We found no public discount code on Zamnesia’s own pages on October 22, 2026. Only one voucher code for a percentage discount can be used per order, and some codes are tied to your account, so be careful with codes from third-party coupon sites.

TRIBE. The free TRIBE loyalty program gives Gift Points and XP on every completed order, plus bonus points for missions such as reviews, referrals and social follows. XP sets your rank (Scouting Fox to Legendary Eagle), which raises the point multiplier from x1 to x2 and adds perks such as a birthday gift, early sale access and, from rank 4, free shipping. Gift Points can only be exchanged for TRIBE products (for example a Zamnesia Seeds auto for 250 points or mystery seed packs); they cannot be turned into money or vouchers. Per the TRIBE help article, points and XP expire one year after the order, and you must join before ordering to earn points. Zamnesia does not publish how many points you earn per euro.

Customer Service

Zamnesia offers these channels, per its company information page:

• Contact form, with a stated aim to reply within one business day
• Phone: +31 (0)20 722 07 18 (a Dutch number)
• Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00 Netherlands time
• A help center with articles on orders, shipping, payment, germination and TRIBE

We found no live chat and no weekend support. Complaints get a substantive response within 14 days, and if you are not satisfied you can take the complaint to WebwinkelKeur for mediation (complaints page). For wrong items, Zamnesia’s help center says it sends the correct product or a voucher for the website price plus free shipping, and you do not need to return the wrong items (except vaporizers).

Reputation

Zamnesia has far more independent reviews than most seedbanks we cover. Figures checked on October 22, 2026:

• Kiyoh (English store): 19,957 reviews with an overall score of 9.6/10 and 97% recommending; 8.8/10 from 2,704 reviews in the last 12 months.
• Kiyoh (former US store): 1,033 reviews, 8.6/10, 87% recommending; 8.3/10 over the last 12 months. Recent reviews include complaints about the US closure, such as an order that could not be corrected before the store shut.
• Reviews.io: 4.6/5 from 985 reviews, 91% recommending.
• WebwinkelKeur / ValuedShops: 4.8/5 combined across 32,157 reviews from four sources, including 11,064 Google reviews averaging 4.9.
• GrowDiaries (Zamnesia Seeds brand): 8.8 based on 2,936 harvests logged by growers, covering 259 strains.
• We found no Better Business Bureau profile, and the SmartCustomer page had no reviews.

The Zamnesia site footer shows 8.6/10 from 81,741 reviews through a Kiyoh widget. That is an on-site display, and we could not match the total to a single public Kiyoh page.

On Reddit, opinions about the house line are mixed. In a r/microgrowery thread from March 3, 2025, several users suspected that Zamnesia Seeds strains are white-label genetics (an unverified claim), one reported a plant that turned hermaphrodite late in flower, and another said its Zamnesia autos grew better than FastBuds plants in the same run and that support offered a new batch or a voucher when one seed failed. Individual forum reports are hard to verify, so they play only a small role in our score.

Website and Grow Resources

The site is split into clear shops (seeds, headshop, vaporizers, health, smartshop, mushrooms, grow) with seed filters by type, breeder and traits, plus curated lists such as beginner strains, fast flowering and cup winners. Zamnesia runs its own Seedfinder, a blog and a grow guide. For a broader start, our guides on how to grow cannabis at home, your indoor cannabis growing setup and when to harvest cannabis cover the basics.

The weak spot is consistency. The shipping page and the help center give different free-shipping thresholds and delivery times, and the US help center still describes a US store that no longer exists. When answers conflict, go by what checkout shows.

Who Zamnesia Suits, and Who Should Look Elsewhere

A good fit if you: live in the UK or one of the listed EU countries; want to buy several breeders’ strains in one order; like single seeds and small packs for variety grows; want to pay with crypto, iDEAL or other local methods; or will use TRIBE points and the regular sales.

Look elsewhere if you: live in the US, Canada or Australia (no shipping); want a written germination guarantee with a fixed percentage; want to pay with PayPal; or need weekend or live-chat support.

Scoring Summary

Zamnesia scores 7.3/10 overall. Product Range is the strongest category at 8.8/10: more than 3,000 strains from 100+ breeders, every major seed type, F1 hybrids, mix packs and exclusive collaborations. Customer Service follows at 7.8/10, backed by a phone line, a one-business-day reply target, a 14-day complaint procedure with independent mediation and very large, positive review counts on Kiyoh, Reviews.io and Google.

Price and Value lands at 7.2/10: per-seed prices from about €5 in the house line, frequent sales, a free gift above €60 and TRIBE rewards, held back by points that only buy TRIBE products and expire after a year. Seed Quality and Germination scores 7.0/10: award-winning house strains and a solid GrowDiaries record, but only a case-by-case replacement policy and mixed forum views on the house line. Shipping and Delivery and Website and UX both sit at 6.5/10. Delivery inside Europe is fast and cheap, but there is no shipping to the US, Canada or Australia now that the US store has closed, and the site’s own shipping tables contradict each other.

How Does Zamnesia Compare?

Scores and details come from each seedbank's own review on this site and update when that review is re-checked.

If you like Zamnesia’s multi-breeder model, our Seedsman review and Herbies review cover two other large European catalogs, and our Alchimia review covers a Spanish alternative. If you would rather buy straight from a breeder’s own store, see our Royal Queen Seeds review. US, Canadian and Australian readers should check the shipping section of each review first.

Final Verdict

Zamnesia is a legitimate, long-running Dutch store with a registered company, Thuiswinkel membership and tens of thousands of independent reviews. For growers in the UK and the EU it is one of the most complete places to buy seeds: a huge multi-breeder catalog, single seeds and small packs, low shipping costs from the Netherlands and plenty of payment options, including crypto.

The limits are concrete. The US store had closed by October 2026, so there is no way to order from the US, and Canada and Australia are not on the shipping list. The germination policy is a case-by-case replacement, not a fixed guarantee, and the site’s shipping tables disagree on free-shipping thresholds. If you live inside Zamnesia’s shipping area, it is a strong choice. To compare it with the rest of the field, see our seedbank review hub.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is Zamnesia located, and who owns it?

Zamnesia is run by Just Amazing B.V., a Dutch company (Chamber of Commerce no. 54983045) founded in 2012. Its main office is in Schijndel and orders ship from its warehouse in the Netherlands; the trade register lists an Amsterdam address. Zamnesia sells online only and has no physical shop.

Does Zamnesia ship to the USA?

Not anymore. Zamnesia ran a US store from October 2024, but it had closed by October 2026 and the European store does not ship to the United States. Seed and cultivation laws also differ by state, so check your local rules before ordering from any seedbank.

Does Zamnesia ship to Canada or Australia?

No. Neither country is on Zamnesia’s shipping list, which covers the UK and 23 EU countries.

How long does Zamnesia take to ship?

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 working days of payment. Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, about 3 to 6 working days to the UK and up to about 10 working days to the furthest EU countries.

Where does Zamnesia ship from?

All orders ship from Zamnesia’s warehouse in the Netherlands, in plain packaging with the company name Just Amazing B.V. as sender.

Is Zamnesia legit?

Yes. Zamnesia has sold online since 2012, operates under a registered Dutch company, is a Thuiswinkel Waarborg member and has close to 20,000 reviews on its English Kiyoh page with a 9.6/10 score. The main limits are no shipping outside Europe and no fixed germination guarantee.

Does Zamnesia have a germination guarantee?

Not a fixed one. If seeds have not sprouted after 7 days in the right conditions, you can send photos of your setup and the packaging with your order number, and Zamnesia reviews a replacement case by case.

What payment methods does Zamnesia accept?

Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer (not for the UK), Apple Pay, Google Pay, gift cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Blik, EPS and crypto (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Ethereum). PayPal is not listed.

Are there Zamnesia discount codes?

We found no public code on Zamnesia’s site on October 22, 2026. You can get 10% off your first order by joining the newsletter, there are regular sales, every order above €60 gets a free gift and TRIBE members earn Gift Points.

What Changed in This Update

This October 22, 2026 update corrects our earlier version of this review. Zamnesia was founded in 2012, not 2002; it does have a case-by-case germination replacement procedure; the free gift now starts at €60 instead of €100; and the Kiyoh figures, prices and payment methods have been refreshed. We also added the closure of the US store, the full shipping country list and independent review platforms. The overall score moved from 7.1 to 7.3.
