Pevgrow Review 2026: Shipping, Prices and Guarantee

Pevgrow is an online grow shop and seed store from Valencia, Spain, online since 2010. It sells more than 3,000 seed varieties from a long list of breeders, its own PEV Seeds line, and a full range of grow equipment, CBD and smoking accessories. Seeds ship worldwide, including to the US and Canada. Our verdict: a long-running, low-priced shop with a huge breeder choice and cheap international seed shipping, held back by contradictory delivery information on its own pages, a germination guarantee that requires posting seeds back to Spain, and mixed independent feedback. We score it 7.0/10.

Buying From Pevgrow in the USA

Pevgrow ships cannabis seeds to the United States, but only seeds: on its shipping rates page, the US sits in the list of countries that receive “only seeds”, with a rate of €8 for parcels up to 1 kg and €25 for 1 to 2 kg. Seed orders over €100 ship free outside Europe. Grow equipment, fertilizers and accessories are not sent to the US.

Delivery estimates for the US vary by page. The shipping page and the delivery tab on product pages say 4 to 5 days (express), the contact page says 10 to 15 days, and the FAQ quotes 6 to 20 working days for international orders. Plan for the longer figure.

Customs is the main risk for a parcel from Spain. Pevgrow’s FAQ says that for some countries in America and Asia it removes seeds from the breeders’ packaging and labels each seed in its own bag. You can add optional delivery insurance: if an insured order is lost or held by customs, Pevgrow reships it free by ordinary letter, without tracking and without original packaging. Without the insurance, Pevgrow says you give up the right to a reshipment. A “super discreet” option hides the seeds in a T-shirt for €12. One Reddit user (country not stated) complained in 2020 about customs seizures of Pevgrow parcels (see Reputation). Read the legal note in the shipping section before you order.

Who Pevgrow Is

According to its About page, Pevgrow was started by Alan Martínez and Raquel Requena, who launched the online store in January 2010 after meeting the founders of Valencia seed banks Sweet Seeds and Delicious Seeds. Its blog has run since 2013 and its own seed line, PEV Seeds, since 2014. The company behind the site is Site of Shops Online SL, registered in Valencia (CIF B98262777), per Pevgrow’s legal notice. Spanish company data lists its incorporation date as September 1, 2010. Card statements show “Site of Shops Online”.

Pevgrow also has a physical shop at Avenida Blasco Ibáñez 53 in Mislata, near Valencia, which is also the returns address. The site claims more than 200,000 satisfied customers and “nearly 1 million orders” with a 99% satisfaction rate. Those are Pevgrow’s own figures, which we could not verify.

Catalog and Seed Types

The About page cites more than 5,000 products, more than 3,000 seed varieties and more than 100 seed banks, while the homepage now says over 10,000 references across the whole shop. The seed bank overview on October 22, 2026 listed about 77 breeder categories, including Barney’s Farm, Royal Queen Seeds, Sensi Seeds, Sweet Seeds, Dutch Passion, Green House Seeds, 420 Fast Buds, Serious Seeds, Humboldt Seed Company, Compound Genetics and Mr Nice. Feminized, autoflowering, regular and CBD seeds are all available. The rest of the shop covers grow tents, LED lights, fertilizers, CBD flowers, vapes and smoking accessories.

PEV Seeds is Pevgrow’s own label. The FAQ is open about how it works: Pevgrow says it is “not breeders”, and the PEV line is produced by breeders that also supply well-known seed banks. The range includes OG Kush, Girl Scout Cookies, Bruce Banner 3, Jamaican Lambsbread, White Widow Auto, Critical Plus Auto and Blueberry Auto.

Mr Nice Seeds is one of the breeders on the shelf, sold in 15-seed packs of regular seeds. Haze fans will find Neville’s Haze, Super Silver Haze and NL5 Haze there, and growers who like Amnesia Haze will find sativa-leaning options across several breeders. The FAQ says Pevgrow restocks from seed banks weekly and can often source a strain it does not list on request.

Prices and Pack Sizes

PEV Seeds come in 1, 3+1, 5+2, 13, 25, 50 and 100 seed packs. Other breeders use their own pack sizes (Mr Nice: 15 seeds; Compound Genetics: 3 or 5 seeds). These are regular prices we saw on October 22, 2026:

So PEV Seeds and many Spanish and Dutch brands land between roughly €4 and €9 a seed in multi-packs (most single PEV seeds cost €13), while hyped US breeders cost several times that. Watch the pack sizes: in the OG Kush example, the 25-pack (€162.50) costs more per seed than the 13-pack. Sales are frequent. On October 22, 2026, PEV Critical Plus Auto was €5.95 instead of €8.50 for one seed (30% off) and Compound Genetics 5-packs were 25% off (€56.25 instead of €75). Prices are shown in euros; you can switch the display currency, and your card is charged the equivalent in your local currency.

Returns: Pevgrow offers 100 days from receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and sealed (this applies to seeds too), per its returns page. Return postage is on you unless Pevgrow made the error.

Shipping by Region

United States, Canada and Mexico. Seeds only, €8 up to 1 kg, free on seed orders over €100. Canada: 4 to 5 days express (shipping page) or 10 to 20 days (contact page). Mexico: 5 to 7 days or 20 to 30 days, depending on the page. Other seeds-only destinations include Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, Switzerland and the Czech Republic.

United Kingdom. The UK is on the list for home delivery of all products, from €14 for up to 1 kg. Estimates are 5 to 6 days (shipping page) or 3 to 4 days (product pages). Pevgrow does not state which free-shipping threshold applies to the UK; the shipping page groups the UK under Europe, which suggests the €50 seed threshold, but check the cart.

Europe. Free shipping on seed orders over €50. Published home delivery rates for up to 1 kg include €9 for France, €10 for Germany and the Netherlands and €14 for Belgium. Quoted delivery times run from 2 to 3 days (France, Italy, Portugal) to 4 to 8 days (Finland, Greece, Czech Republic). Cash on delivery (+€5) is possible in Spain, Portugal, France and Belgium.

Spain. Free delivery over €30 on all products, otherwise from €5. Delivery 1 to 3 days, and store pickup is free.

Australia and New Zealand. Australia (4 to 5 days express, or 10 to 20 days on the contact page) and New Zealand appear in Pevgrow’s delivery estimates, and product pages list Australia at 4 to 5 days, but neither country is in its table of shipping rates. Confirm in the cart before you count on delivery.

Restricted countries. Pevgrow’s FAQ says it does not ship to 13 countries because of customs or card restrictions: Argentina, Brazil, China, Iran, Israel, Pakistan, the Philippines, Reunion, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam. Its own pages are not consistent here: the rate table still lists Israel and Reunion as seeds-only destinations, product pages give a delivery time for South Africa, and another FAQ answer only says Pevgrow cannot guarantee delivery to these countries and the customer bears the risk.

Dispatch and packaging. Pevgrow says orders normally leave the next working day (24 to 48 hours), packed in small boxes inside bubble envelopes, with no mention of cannabis or Pevgrow on the outside. The sender shown is Site of Shops Online. Tracking is provided, deliveries may need a signature, and Pevgrow says it photographs every parcel. In Europe, seeds arrive in their original breeder packaging. One German SeedFinder reviewer wrote in June 2024 that it took about a week before the order shipped.

Shipping to the US does not make growing legal everywhere. Seed and cultivation laws differ by state, and the federal hemp definition is changing in stages between November 12 and December 11, 2026 (P.L. 119-37, section 781, as amended by P.L. 119-103), which may affect how cannabis seeds can be sold and shipped (Congressional Research Service summary). Check your state and local rules before you order.

Germination Guarantee: What Pevgrow Actually Promises

Pevgrow states that all the seeds it sells have a germination guarantee, but it does not promise a percentage. The terms on its returns and claims page and in the FAQ:

• The guarantee applies if you used the paper towel (paper napkin) method as Pevgrow describes it.
• It only covers customers in countries where growing cannabis is legal; Pevgrow says it cannot help customers who germinated where it is illegal.
• You post the unsprouted seeds back in their original packaging, with your order number written inside the envelope, to Pevgrow in Mislata, and email a photo of the proof of postage to [email protected]. Pevgrow says it reimburses the postage.
• Once the seeds arrive, Pevgrow sends replacements. It handles the claim with the breeder itself.
• Without the original packaging, only PEV Seeds can be replaced. For other brands, Pevgrow says it cannot replace the seeds but will look for an alternative.

Pevgrow says the original packaging rule comes from the seed banks. In practice, posting seeds back to Spain is a real hurdle for US and Canadian buyers, and recent independent reviews include germination complaints (see Reputation). Missing or damaged seeds are refunded or added to your next order, with a photo as proof. Pevgrow also sells germination kits. Payment Methods

Pevgrow’s payment page and FAQ list:

• Credit and debit cards (3D Secure), including prepaid cards, with no card surcharge
• Bank transfer to a CaixaBank account (1 to 6 working days, per the FAQ)
• Cryptocurrency through CoinPayments (Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and many others), with an automatic 10% discount
• Cash by certified mail, in euros or US dollars
• Cash on delivery for a flat €5 in Spain, Portugal, France and Belgium (product pages also mention Italy)
• Bizum and cash deposit at La Caixa ATMs (Spain only)

PayPal is not accepted. According to the FAQ, card payments are not possible for customers in the 13 restricted countries listed above. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 15 days.

Deals, Loyalty and Discount Codes

As of October 2026, these are the ways to pay less at Pevgrow:

FIRSTORDER. The site banner offers 10% off with the code FIRSTORDER. On October 22, 2026, the code took 10% off a test cart. As the name suggests, it is meant for a first order.

Crypto discount. Paying with cryptocurrency gives 10% off, with no minimum order.

Other codes. Pevgrow’s coupon page is headed “Promo Codes 2022”. It offers a 5% code for downloading Pevgrow’s cannabis dictionary or joining its Telegram channel, plus two free-seed codes that no longer worked on October 22, 2026 (one expired, one disabled). The FAQ says only one promo code can be used per order.

Gifts with every order. The free seeds page sets gift tiers on the product total (shipping not counted): a gift worth €1 from €25, €12 from €70, €32 from €120, €70 from €220 and up to €280. You pick the gift in the cart. Not valid for store pickup.

Loyalty. We found no points-based loyalty program on the site. Pevgrow points newsletter subscribers to monthly contests and member-only offers.

Customer Service

Pevgrow offers several channels:

• Phone (landline): +34 961 658 271, per the FAQ and legal notice
• WhatsApp: +34 722 619 284 (the contact page says “WhatsApp only”). The homepage says an AI agent answers WhatsApp 24 hours a day.
• Email: [email protected] (sales: [email protected])
• Contact form, with a stated reply within 24 hours
• A Telegram community for grow questions
• The store in Mislata

Hours are not consistent across pages. The contact page lists Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:00, Friday 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 14:00 (Central European time), while the FAQ says replies go out Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, with the offices closed on weekends. For North American buyers that means a reply the next European business day.

On public complaint handling: we found no Better Business Bureau profile for Pevgrow. The most recent SmartCustomer review (January 2026) reports that several emails about damaged plant pots went unanswered for weeks, and a May 2023 SeedFinder review describes slow order preparation and unanswered email and phone calls. Against that, 90.7% of Pevgrow’s eKomi reviews from the last 12 months were positive (see below).

Reputation

Independent review data on Pevgrow is mixed, and how much weight each source deserves differs:

• eKomi: 9/10 from 344 reviews in the last 12 months (7,822 in total), 90.73% positive, 6.49% neutral and 2.77% negative, checked October 22, 2026. Each eKomi review is linked to an order. The newest review shown was dated June 3, 2026.
• SeedFinder: General Impression 7.05/10 from 54 user reviews, with SeedFinder status “green_yellow”. The most recent reviews (2023 and 2024) are mostly negative, with complaints about low germination, a germination claim the reviewer felt was not resolved, and slow dispatch, alongside a June 2024 review that praised the gifts and full germination.
• SmartCustomer (formerly Sitejabber): 3.2/5 from 6 reviews. Five positive reviews date from 2021 and 2022; the newest (January 2026) is the complaint about damaged goods mentioned above.
• BBB: no profile found.

Pevgrow’s own review badges show 4.7/5 from more than 1,500 reviews and 4.6/5 from more than 5,600. Its free seeds page also offers free PEV seeds to customers who leave a positive Google review, so give Google ratings less weight.

Pevgrow comes up regularly on Reddit, mostly in passing. Threads we checked:

• r/microgrowery, February 2022: a user wrote in February 2022 that Cereal Milk S1 seeds bought from Pevgrow sprouted and were cheap. In August 2022 the same user said the buds smelled right but lacked the expected color and density, doubted the seeds were as advertised and advised others to avoid Pevgrow.
• r/Autoflowers, October 2020: a user who had just ordered from Pevgrow and another seedbank claimed that Pevgrow takes no precautions and that its seeds are quickly confiscated by customs, unlike the other seedbank’s well-hidden parcel. The post does not say in which country.
• r/GrowingMarijuana, April 2025: a European user wrote in April 2025 that a Pevgrow order the year before was “okayish” and asked for alternatives.
• r/catalonia, 2021 thread with 2026 replies: in May 2026 an Italian user claimed that a grow equipment order arrived as a lower-quality item and that return questions went unanswered; in June 2026 another user replied that Pevgrow is legit.

Taken together: Pevgrow is a real, long-running Spanish business that delivers most orders, as its eKomi results show, but complaints about germination, slow dispatch and email follow-up recur on open platforms.

Website and Grow Resources

The site is available in 24 languages, lets you switch the display currency and has strong filters, detailed strain pages with genetics, flowering times and customer reviews, a large FAQ, a grow manual, a blog and a free cannabis dictionary. Product pages show every pack size with its price, which makes comparing per-seed costs easy.

The weak spot is consistency. Delivery times to the US, Canada and Australia differ by page, the support hours differ between the contact page and the FAQ, the contact page lists only WhatsApp while the FAQ and legal notice give a landline, the restricted-country list is not applied consistently, cash on delivery countries differ between the FAQ and product pages, the coupon page is outdated (headed 2022, with codes that no longer work), and the About page and homepage give different catalog sizes. Some English pages are rough machine-style translations.

Who Pevgrow Suits, and Who Should Look Elsewhere

A good fit if you: want a very wide breeder choice in one cart; like low prices on house genetics and bulk packs; live in Spain or the EU and want cheap shipping with free delivery on seed orders over €50; are in the US or Canada and are fine with an €8 seeds-only parcel from Spain (free over €100) and optional delivery insurance; or pay with crypto for 10% off.

Look elsewhere if you: want domestic US shipping and a guarantee that does not require posting seeds back to Europe; need PayPal; live in one of the 13 countries Pevgrow’s FAQ excludes; want grow equipment shipped outside Europe; or put a lot of weight on consistently positive independent reviews.

Scoring Summary

Pevgrow scores 7.0/10 overall. Product Range is the strongest category at 8.5/10: more than 3,000 seed varieties from dozens of breeders, its own PEV Seeds line and a full grow shop. Price and Value follows at 8.0/10, thanks to low per-seed prices on PEV Seeds and bulk packs, a working 10% FIRSTORDER code, 10% off for crypto and gifts on every order from €25. Shipping and Delivery lands at 7.0/10: worldwide seed shipping from €8, free seed shipping over €50 in Europe and €100 elsewhere, discreet packaging and optional insurance, minus contradictory delivery estimates, no equipment outside Europe and some reports of slow dispatch.

Seed Quality and Germination and Customer Service each score 6.5/10. Pevgrow offers a germination guarantee and stocks established breeders, but claims require posting seeds back to Spain in their original packaging and recent SeedFinder reviews report poor germination. Service has many channels, a physical store and largely positive eKomi feedback, held back by recurring reports of unanswered emails. Website and UX scores 6.0/10: the shop is easy to use, but its own pages contradict each other on delivery times and hours, and its coupon page is outdated.

Final Verdict

Pevgrow is a legitimate Spanish grow shop that has sold seeds online since 2010, with a catalog few shops match and prices that are hard to beat on its own PEV Seeds line. For US and Canadian buyers it is one of the cheaper ways to order European seeds: €8 for a seeds-only parcel, free over €100, with optional insurance that covers a reshipment if customs holds the order.

The trade-offs are concrete. The germination guarantee is real but means mailing seeds back to Spain in their original packaging, independent reviews are mixed on germination and email follow-up, and Pevgrow’s own pages give conflicting delivery times and support hours. What Changed in This Update

This version corrects the free-shipping thresholds (Spain €30, Europe €50 and outside Europe €100, the last two for seeds only), replaces the claimed “100%” guarantee with Pevgrow’s actual exchange terms, adds the 10% crypto discount and adds independent scores from eKomi, SeedFinder and SmartCustomer. We removed a claimed Mr Nice partnership and a Reddit citation that did not support the statement it was attached to, and the scores were recalculated.
