OASeeds is a Spanish online seed shop from Mislata, near Valencia, that sells cannabis seeds from well over a hundred breeders plus its own house line, Oaseeds Genetics. It runs two stores: oaseeds.com, which ships worldwide from Spain, and oaseedsusa.com, a separate US store that ships by USPS from a warehouse in California. Our verdict: one of the largest and cheapest catalogs we have reviewed, with strong independent ratings, held back by reports of items that turn out to be out of stock after payment, slow refunds in recent complaints, no free-shipping threshold and no germination guarantee on the US store. We score it 6.9/10.

Buying OASeeds from the USA: Use the US Store
US buyers now have a domestic option. A banner on oaseeds.com announces “Oaseeds USA is now live!” and promises shipping from California with no customs and payment in US dollars. According to the US shipping page, oaseedsusa.com ships only within the United States, and orders are usually processed in 2 to 3 business days. On October 22, 2026 the store’s cart offered two options for addresses in California, New York, Idaho and Kansas: USPS Ground at $9 and USPS Priority Mail at $15. Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii were offered Priority Mail only. The shipping price stayed the same for a $420 cart, so there is no free-shipping threshold.
The US catalog is smaller than the European one: 1,108 products from 18 brands on October 22, 2026, of which 1,011 were in stock. Brands include Royal Queen Seeds, Barney’s Farm, Dutch Passion, Sweet Seeds, Seedstockers, FastBuds, Humboldt Seed Company, Ethos Genetics, Growers Choice Seeds, Anesia Seeds, Ripper Seeds, Bulk Legacy and the house line Oaseeds Genetics USA. The site asks visitors to be 21 or older.
The trade-off is the return policy. The US store’s refund and returns policy states that all sales are final. Refunds or reshipments are only considered for orders that were not delivered, arrived damaged or contained the wrong items, and claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with photos. There is no germination cover. If that matters to you, read the germination section below before choosing between the two stores.
Who OASeeds Is
OASeeds says it has sold seeds since 2013 and has handled “50,000+ orders” since then. The legal footer of oaseeds.com names Oasis Ecommerce SL, Cardenal Benlloch 11 bajo, 46920 Mislata (Valencia), and states that “Oaseeds” is an EU trademark registered with the EUIPO under number 019019234. According to the Spanish business directory Infoempresa, Oasis Ecommerce SL was incorporated on November 22, 2024 and is active, so the current company is newer than the brand. Customer reviews of OASeeds on SeedFinder go back to 2014, which supports a long trading history under the name.
The US store’s terms name a different company: Ecommerce Logistics Solutions LLC, registered at 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware, with a warehouse at 120 Manfre Rd, Watsonville, California. The EU site links to it as its “US Store”, and both sites use the Oaseeds name and logo.
Like most Spanish seed shops, OASeeds sells its seeds as collectibles. Its legal notice explains that seeds are not covered by the 1961 Single Convention and are legal to sell in Spain, and that buyers outside Spain must check their local laws. It also states that OASeeds will not refund seeds that are confiscated or refused by customs.
Catalog and Seed Types
The European store is very large. Its footer claims “more than 5,000” different seeds and the homepage “over 6,000”; the seed bank overview claims “more than 200” brands and linked 159 brand pages on October 22, 2026. Categories cover feminized, fast version, autoflowering, regular, CBD and bulk seeds, plus outlet and new releases. Big European names such as Barney’s Farm, Dutch Passion, Sensi Seeds, Sweet Seeds, Paradise Seeds and FastBuds sit next to US breeders like DNA Genetics, Compound Genetics and Humboldt Seed Company, and smaller collector brands such as Mamiko Seeds and Ace Seeds.
Oaseeds Genetics. The house line is real and has its own brand page with 71 products on the EU store and 16 on the US store. Strains include Mochalicious (Chocolope x Thai OG, according to the product page), Tropical Madness, Tropical Anarchy Cream, Banana Milfshake, Bad Breath Vanilla, Napalm Lemonade, Black Mint Gelato 7, Stoned to Death and autoflowers such as Hashzilla XXL Auto, Walter Fart Auto and Mango Smoothie Auto. They are the main reason to buy here rather than from a general reseller. Independent grow data on them is limited, so treat the breeder figures for THC and yield as claims.
Anesia and Ripper. Anesia Seeds and Ripper Seeds are stocked brands (17 and 26 products on the US store). We found no evidence that they are collaborations with OASeeds.
Bulk seeds. Both stores sell low-cost bulk seeds under the Bulk Legacy name, including classics like Gorilla Glue and Blue Dream. Bulk seeds are usually sold loose rather than in breeder packaging. Prices and Pack Sizes
OASeeds competes on price. These are regular prices shown on October 22, 2026; both stores were running promotions at the time (see the deals section), so checkout prices may be lower.

On the EU store, Bulk Legacy seeds can also be bought one at a time at €2.00 each. On October 22, 2026 the US store had Bulk Legacy at 50% off (for example $29.99 for 10 Blue Dream seeds, or $1,199 for 1,000), and the EU store had 25% off Oaseeds Genetics and 10 other brands, which brought a 3-pack of Mochalicious to €12.75. Bulk Legacy was also 50% off on the EU store (€1.00 per seed). The EU cart requires a minimum order of €15 excluding VAT. Shipping by Region
The EU store’s shipping page says all orders leave its office in Spain by Correos standard mail unless arranged otherwise, on working days Monday to Friday. The US store ships separately from California, although the US terms say orders may also ship from the EU depending on availability.
United States. Order from oaseedsusa.com: USPS Ground Advantage at $9 (2 to 5 business days, contiguous US only) or USPS Priority Mail at $15 (1 to 3 business days, including Alaska and Hawaii), after 2 to 3 business days of processing. Every order gets a tracking number. The EU store’s worldwide policy still lists every country, but with a domestic store available, a cross-border order mainly adds customs risk, which OASeeds does not cover.
Canada and Australia. These fall under the EU store’s “worldwide” rate: €11.90 by Correos with 5 to 25 working days, or stealth express by UPS, FedEx or TNT in 1 to 5 working days for €29 to €35 (€19 on orders over €300). We could not test a Canadian or Australian address at checkout. Australian law on importing cannabis seeds is strict, so check it before you order.
United Kingdom and Europe. Correos costs €11.90 with 3 to 14 working days for Europe; the UK is also listed in the GLS table, but that section was marked “We are updating this section” without prices. Spain costs €5 by Correos (2 to 5 working days) or €5.95 by Correos Express (1 to 3 working days).
Conflicting delivery times. The EU store’s terms promise faster windows than the shipping page: 3 to 5 working days within the EU and 10 to 15 working days for the rest of the world. Go by the longer shipping-page estimates. The terms also say that tracking numbers for orders received from Friday to Sunday are sent on Monday or Tuesday.
Packaging. Most seeds go out in the original breeder packaging, boxed or in DVD cases inside bubble envelopes, with no company name, contents description or invoice. Metal tins (Dinafem, Dutch Passion and others) are removed, and OASeeds reserves the right to take seeds out of breeder packs if stealth shipping is not chosen. Customers on SeedFinder have complained that loose seeds come in small bags with handwritten labels that rub off, so label them yourself on arrival.
Shipping to the US does not make growing legal everywhere. Seed and cultivation laws differ by state, and the federal hemp definition is changing in stages between November 12 and December 11, 2026 (P.L. 119-37, section 781, as amended by P.L. 119-103), which may affect how cannabis seeds can be sold and shipped (Congressional Research Service summary). Check your state and local rules before you order.
Germination Guarantee: What Each Store Promises
OASeeds does not offer a germination guarantee with a fixed percentage. The two stores handle failed seeds differently.
EU store. The terms and conditions state that claims for seeds that do not germinate are accepted under these conditions:
- The breeder (seed bank) must accept the return.
- You must send a completed claim form.
- You must keep the original packaging.
- Seeds from the gifts section, samples and freebies are excluded.
- No claim is accepted if the failed quantity is 20% of the pack or less (for example, 1 seed out of 5).
The terms give no claim window for germination, but problems with a delivery itself must be reported within 72 hours of receipt by email to [email protected].
US store. All sales are final. Only non-delivery, damage in transit and wrong items are covered, within 7 days of delivery and with photos. Failed germination is not listed.
What customers report is mostly positive: many SeedFinder reviewers describe high germination rates, while some complaints concern specific batches, house or bulk seeds, and refused replacements (for example a September 2019 review reporting 50% failure and no replacement). Payment Methods
The EU store’s payment page lists:
- Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Cards registered in a different country from the shipping address are declined, and payments can be processed in EUR, USD or Chinese yuan depending on the card and bank used.
- Bank transfer in euros to a Spanish account (2 to 5 working days to arrive; refunds of bank transfers cost €20).
- Cash by registered mail in euros, pounds or US dollars, at the buyer’s risk.
- Cash on delivery, mainland Spain only, for orders under €500.
- Bitcoin and a list of other cryptocurrencies, including Litecoin, Ether, Tether and Dogecoin.
- Money orders (Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria) on request.
The page states that PayPal is not accepted. OASeeds may ask for proof of card ownership on high-value orders. On the US store, the footer lists “Visa & MasterCard / Bitcoin”; on October 22, 2026 its checkout returned only a card payment option.
Deals, Loyalty and Discount Codes
As of October 2026, these are the ways to pay less at OASeeds:
Halloween promotion (EU store). The promotions page advertised 25% off 11 seed banks from October 21 to November 2, 2026, applied without a code, plus free Madness Pumpkin seeds: 3 on orders over €50 and 11 on orders over €100. The page says these stack with the free Oaseeds Genetics seeds you can pick in the cart.
Freebies and VIP packs. The EU homepage promises free seeds with every order, and the promotions page says orders over €100 or €200 automatically receive a “VIP PACK” or “VIP PACK Premium” with gifts and collector seeds. Newsletter subscribers are offered 10 free feminized seeds with their first order. On the US store, a free feminized seed was added to our test cart automatically.
Discount codes. We found no public promo code on either store on October 22, 2026; the EU promotion explicitly says “No hidden codes”. The EU terms allow one coupon per order and say promotions do not combine unless stated. Codes on coupon sites are not confirmed by OASeeds.
Loyalty. We found no points or loyalty program on either site.
Customer Service
OASeeds lists these channels:
- EU store: phone +34 661 782 152 and email [email protected], plus the postal address in Mislata
- US store: a contact form on the contact page, [email protected] in the header, and [email protected] and +1 (305) 458-9606 in the terms
- US refund requests go through a form, with a promised reply within 3 to 5 business days
Neither site publishes opening hours. The EU returns policy gives 14 days to announce a return of unused goods and refunds within 14 days of receiving the return; shipping costs are not refunded.
Public complaint handling is visible mainly on SeedFinder. Recent complaints there describe slow refunds and unanswered emails: a February 2025 review says a refund for an item that was listed but not in stock was still unpaid about a month after ordering (the reviewer wrote 1.5 months), and a March 2024 review describes a confirmed cancellation that had not been refunded after more than a month. Older reviews, by contrast, often praise quick replies and replacements. We found no BBB profile and no reviews on SmartCustomer.
Reputation
SeedFinder. On SeedFinder, OASeeds had a General Impression score of 8.8 out of 10 from 755 user reviews on October 22, 2026 (Product Quality 8.8, Delivery Speed 8.64, Customer Service 8.97), and SeedFinder lists the shop as “green”. Most of these reviews are several years old; the newest is from February 2025.
Stock and alternatives. The most common complaint in the recent SeedFinder reviews (December 2023 to February 2025) is that seeds shown as available turned out to be out of stock after payment, after which OASeeds offered alternatives or a refund. Several reviewers say they were asked to choose a substitute; one May 2024 review reports receiving completely wrong seeds, and a June 2024 review reports nothing delivered by November. Paying by bank transfer after asking OASeeds to confirm stock, as one reviewer did, does not fully remove this risk, but it does let you check before your money leaves.
eKomi and Trustprofile. On eKomi, where reviews are collected after orders, OASeeds had 9 out of 10 from 215 reviews in the last 12 months, with 87% positive and 8% negative. Trustprofile showed 4.5 out of 5 from 213 reviews, but none from the last 12 months. The US store’s claim of “Over 1,000 5-star reviews” is an on-site claim that we could not check.
Reddit. Discussion is limited and mostly older:
- r/MephHeads, “Are Oaseeds Legit”, August 4, 2021: one reply includes OASeeds in a list of retailers, another says they used OASeeds several times and calls them “Totally legit”, apart from possible customs delays; a third says delivery “took forever” and a freebie did not germinate. A 2024 reply from a deleted account warns against the shop without details.
- r/microgrowery, “OAseeds Legit?”, January 21, 2020: replies say the site seemed legit; a January 2025 reply says the user ordered three times in the EU and that problems “could be solved”.
- r/microgrowery thread on a cancelled order, December 31, 2017: a buyer saw the card pre-authorisation reversed while the order still showed “Preparation in progress”; a later reply, likely from the poster, says a refund was in progress.
Website and Strain Information
The EU site works in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian, prices in euros, and has filters by type and brand, a blog, and product pages with lineage, THC, flowering time, yield and a short FAQ. The US site prices in dollars and lists breeder data on each strain page. Both stores load and list their products normally.
The weak spots are consistency and stock accuracy. The EU site claims both 5,000 and 6,000 strains and both “200+” and 159 linked brands, the terms and shipping page give different delivery times, the GLS shipping section is unfinished, and customer reviews describe items shown as in stock that were not. Some product descriptions also make effect claims that this review does not repeat.
Who OASeeds Suits, and Who Should Look Elsewhere
A good fit if you: want a very large choice of breeders in one cart; want the Oaseeds Genetics house strains such as Mochalicious or Tropical Anarchy Cream; buy bulk seeds or larger packs at low prices; live in the US and want domestic USPS shipping from California; or live in Europe and are happy with postal delivery.
Look elsewhere if you: want a percentage germination guarantee, especially on US orders; need free shipping; want to pay with PayPal; or need certainty that every strain in your cart is in stock before you pay. In that last case, email OASeeds to confirm stock first or choose bank transfer and wait for confirmation.

Seed Quality and Germination gets 6.8/10: the shop sells established breeders and scores 8.8 for product quality on SeedFinder, but the EU germination policy depends on the breeder and excludes small failures, and the US store does not cover germination at all. Shipping and Delivery lands at 6.5/10 for tracked, discreet delivery and a domestic US warehouse, offset by a 5 to 25 working day worldwide window, contradictory delivery times and reported long delays. OASeeds is a long-running Spanish seed shop with a registered company behind it, one of the largest catalogs online, low prices and good independent ratings: 8.8 on SeedFinder from 755 reviews and 9 out of 10 on eKomi. Its policies are published in more detail than many competitors, and US buyers can now order from a California warehouse with USPS tracking for $9 or $15.
The risks are specific. Recent reviews describe seeds listed as available that were not, followed by offers of alternatives and, in some cases, slow refunds. The EU germination policy only applies when the breeder accepts the claim and the failure is more than 20% of the pack, and the US store does not cover germination at all. If you want a particular rare strain, confirm stock before paying. If price and choice matter most to you, OASeeds is a strong option.
