Buying Delicious Seeds from the USA
Delicious Seeds does ship to the United States, but with two limits that US buyers should know before they fill a cart. Orders to the United States, Canada and Argentina go by ordinary mail only, and only a short list of brands may be sent. The site gives three versions of that list: the banner on October 22, 2026 said “US & CA only Delicious Seeds or World of Seeds beans”, the FAQ adds Samsara Seeds, and the checkout page adds Speed Seeds as well. The legal footer on every page names TH Passion, tax ID B98341191, at Hort de Soriano 12, 46900 Torrent (Valencia). The same company details appear on the World of Seeds website, which explains why World of Seeds strains are always allowed in US and Canadian orders.
The company’s Awards page lists cup results per strain. Sugar Black Rose leads with 50 entries, followed by Unknown Kush (22), Marmalate (21) and Caramelo (16). Most are regional Spanish and Latin American cups, such as the THC Valencia and Spannabis outdoor categories. The list comes from the company itself, but the events are public competitions.
Like most Spanish seed companies, Delicious Seeds sells its seeds as collectibles. The terms state that cannabis seeds are not classified as narcotics in Spain but that cultivation can be sanctioned, and that buyers must check the law where they live.

Single seeds start at €7 ($8.20), and only the larger packs pass $75. Most house feminized strains cost €10 to €12 for one seed and €7.50 to €9.50 per seed in a 10-pack; Early Version lines cost €8 to €10 per single seed. Regular seeds are the cheapest way into the house genetics: Delicious Candy Regular costs $35.15 for 7 seeds ($5.02 per seed) or $70.30 for 15 ($4.69 per seed). The dollar prices are conversions from euros.
Returns and cancellations must be requested within 7 working days of receiving the order, with the invoice, by email (refund policy).
Shipping by Region
The Shipping Rates page sets three zones. Orders leave the warehouse every weekday except public holidays, and delivery times count from dispatch.
United States and Canada. Priority/certified mail only, 7 to 20 business days, €13 (about $15.23) below €70 and free above. Delicious Seeds and World of Seeds strains are always allowed; the FAQ also names Samsara Seeds and the checkout page adds Speed Seeds, while the banner is stricter, so confirm by email before ordering other brands. The cart quoted the same option and price for a Canadian address on October 22, 2026.
United Kingdom. The UK falls in the “rest of the world” zone: 7 to 20 business days by mail, €13 below €70, free above. The US and Canada product limit does not apply, so the multi-breeder catalog is available. Vaporizers and tools ship to the UK as well, according to the site banner.
Europe. Spain and Portugal: 1 to 3 business days by mail (€6, free from €30) or 1 to 2 days by express courier. Other EU countries: 5 to 12 business days by mail (€9, free from €50) or 2 to 5 business days by express courier. For a German address the cart also offered UPS Saver at a much higher price for a small order. The FAQ excludes Turkey, although the cart still quoted postal shipping for a Turkish address.
Australia. Australian addresses are accepted at checkout and were quoted the same 7 to 20 day postal option at €13. Check Australian import rules for cannabis seeds before ordering.
Packaging, tracking and customs. All parcels are discreet and make no reference to cannabis. The FAQ also describes a discreet option in which the seeds travel with a T-shirt and, if you choose, are taken out of the breeder packaging and sent in a labeled zip bag; no price is stated, so check at checkout. A tracking number is sent by email and appears in your account. If an order does not arrive, the FAQ says Delicious Seeds will help and “replace your order if applicable”, but the refund policy states that it accepts no responsibility for orders held or confiscated by customs.
Conflicting FAQ. The FAQ still lists older thresholds (free shipping from €50 for Spain, France and Portugal, €90 for the EU and €110 elsewhere) and 5 to 12 days by ordinary mail for all countries. The Shipping Rates page, the shipping block in the terms and the cart all use €30, €50 and €70 and 7 to 20 days outside the EU; a US cart worth about €97 after discounts already shipped free. Shipping to the US does not make growing legal everywhere. Seed and cultivation laws differ by state, and the federal hemp definition is changing in stages between November 12 and December 11, 2026 (P.L. 119-37, section 781, as amended by P.L. 119-103), which may affect how cannabis seeds can be sold and shipped (Congressional Research Service summary). Check your state and local rules before you order.
Germination Guarantee: What Delicious Seeds Actually Promises
Product pages show a “Germination Guarantee” badge, and the FAQ states: “We will replace your seeds if the damage has not been caused by improper or wrong use of the seeds.” There is no percentage. The terms that apply, from the FAQ and the refund policy:
- The remedy is seed replacement, not a refund.
- Free (gift) seeds are not replaced.
- You must submit a completed claim form (the return questionnaire); you can also email [email protected] for help.
- Claims made more than 1 month after the purchase date, and repeat claims, are not considered.
- For seeds from other breeders, claims are only handled if that breeder accepts returns.
- Delicious Seeds recommends germinating with the method shown in a video on its FAQ page.
The one-month window is the main catch: it runs from the purchase date, so if you store seeds for a later grow, you lose the right to claim. Germinate a few seeds soon after delivery if the guarantee matters to you. On hermaphrodite plants the site contradicts itself: the FAQ says such claims “will be considered” when growing conditions cannot be blamed, while the refund policy says they will not be considered. Delicious Seeds states that its feminized seeds are 99% female; we could not verify that independently.

In an r/cannabiscultivation thread from April 8, 2021, the poster complained that the site was not fully working and that promotional text messages kept arriving; one reply called Delicious Seeds’ Cotton Candy Kush a long-time favorite (bought through a reseller), while most replies discussed World of Seeds. The thread is five years old and the website has been rebuilt since.
