Auto Daiquiri Lime is a sturdy, high-yielding strain that is easy to grow. Definitely an auto that can be cultivated even for novice growers. The only thing to consider is her height, as she matures taller than most auto variants, so make sure to provide ample space if you’re growing this lady. The plant’s vigorous stretch gives her a final height of 75 to 100 cm, granted she’s grown in a 20- to 30-liter container under sufficient light.
Auto Daiquiri Lime develops one apical cola and several side blooms. These bud clusters are impressively lengthy, typically reaching 30 to 40 cm long. Additionally, the plant has short internodal spacing, another reason for her ultra-high yields.
This cannabis variety can be grown in all media types, be it soil or soilless (coco coir and perlite). Topping Auto Daquiri Lime early in the vegetative phase or using a ScrOG net encourages bushing out. With her long, flexible branches and slim-fingered leaves, this strain is one of the very few autoflowers that thrive in a Screen of Green (ScrOG) grow operation. She’s also suitable for other growth techniques, such as the Sea of Green (SOG), cropping, super cropping, bending, snapping, topping, fimming, and defoliation, among others. Almost anything is possible with this auto lady!
Auto Daquiri Lime vegetates longer than most other autoflower varieties in the Dutch Passion collection, which means the flowering stage starts later. She’s ready for harvest around 10 to 11 weeks after germination in the most favorable cases of indoor growing. If conditions are not ideal, she may take 12 to 13 weeks to finish fruiting. Outdoors, the life cycle can run from 13 to 15 weeks in a moderate climate or 11 to 12 weeks in a sunny, dry Mediterranean climate.
In the Dutch Passion catalog, Auto Daiquiri Lime is one of the few autoflowers that can deliver truly outstanding yields. Grown in a climate-controlled environment, the strain can yield between 500 and 550 grams per square meter. Experienced growers can even boost bud production to 600+ grams from a single plant. Outdoors, she can share 50 to 150 grams per plant, depending on the climate and hours of sunlight exposure.
To achieve the highest possible yield, Dutch Passion recommends starting with a large container if you’re growing in soil or coco fiber. At least a 25- to 30-liter container for a larger autoflower and a higher yield or a 40- to 50-liter for the largest auto lady. If you have a hydroponic system, a 25-liter pot will do fine.
Additionally, have a light feeding regime and build up the nutrition slowly as sudden high nutritional doses do not do well with Auto Daquiri Lime. Also use strong light, but make sure to regulate the heat in the grow area. High-quality LED grow lamps deliver great results without causing excessive heat.
