Nirvana Seeds created Aurora Indica by crossbreeding Afghan and Northern Lights. Both parents passed on their Indica-leaning growth characteristics to the bud child, so growers can expect her feminized and regular seeds to produce plants with impressive resilience and sturdy structure. Apart from her thick, strong branches, the strain stays close to the ground and only requires basic maintenance, making her ideal for beginners and those with limited grow space.
Aurora Indica produces bushy, uniform plants that only reach a height of 60 to 90 cm tall and do well when raised closely together. Such characteristics make her suitable for an indoor Sea of Green setup, which could yield 400 to 500 grams of hard, dense buds per square meter. As the end of her fruiting period draws near, the coming of a sticky harvest is evident in the exceptional amount of shimmering resin in her flowers.
Note that high humidity will be the ultimate enemy of Aurora Indica growers. This strain has short internodal spacing and broad fan leaves, not to mention she bears incredibly compact colas. We recommend the use of a dehumidifier to manage the humidity levels. Also improve the air circulation within the grow room by installing fans and exhaust systems.
Outdoors, Aurora Indica can handle colder climates but is best grown somewhere consistently warm and sunny. Optimal conditions will help the strain produce 400 grans per plant. In the northern hemisphere, the flowers are prime for picking by October.
