Alchimia began as a small weed seed store in Figueres, Spain, before launching a retailing website in 2003 and eventually moving to Vilamalla. The company’s online presence and incredibly large inventory made it a cannabis seed superstore with a trusted reputation.

If you are looking for a place with stock from just about every breeder and seed bank under the sun, Alchimia may be the shop for you.

Products

Alchimia Grow Shop offers more than 600 autoflowers and regular seeds and 1800 feminized seeds from over 70 seedbanks, including Barney’s Farm, Buddha Seeds, Nirvana, and many others. With such a large selection, it’s unlikely not to find something you will like. If you just can’t make up your mind, you won’t go wrong with the highly resinous Black Domina, White Widow, Hindu Kush, Bubba Kush, and Skunk 1.

Alchimia does not breed its own strains and cannot possibly test every seed that goes through its doors. Ergo, the quality of the seeds will depend on the breeder. Don’t worry, though, as the company is known to only sell the varieties that meet their strict standards.

Shipping and Delivery

Alchimia ships to most European countries and several others like Canada, Australia, Israel, Japan, and South Africa. All seed orders are prepared in discreet packaging, but buyers can opt for the special packaging service for extra stealth and security. This option involves removing the seeds in their original container and packing them with a gift for better chances of passing through customs unnoticed.

Customer Service

You can reach the Alchimia customer service by phone or e-mail (direct or by filling out the contact form). If you are somewhere near Vilamalla, Spain, you can even drop by to get some in-person assistance.

Like other cannabis seed resellers, Alchimia gets both positive and negative reviews. It’s important to mention, though, that a good amount of the bad ones are about failed germination and not hearing back from their CS Team.

Ease of Website Navigation

The Alchimia website is vibrant but has a professional feel to it. It’s user-friendly and quite organized as well. Buyers can search for seeds by type or go straight to the product list of their preferred breeder or seed bank. If there’s no time to explore their vast catalog, you can also use their “seed selector” to find the variant with all your desired characteristics. The only thing missing from the list of criteria is the filter for best-sellers.

Moreover, the portal has a page for promotions (under the ‘more’ category/tab) filled with money-saving deals and seeds at a discounted price. Customers will also love that the seed shop has a blog section for helpful growing articles and cannabis-related news.

Price and Special Offers

Customers will find great seeds at different price points in the Alchimia catalog. If you’re looking for budget-friendly varieties, the seed selector has an option for ‘cheap seeds’ or you can check out the promotions page for some fantastic deals.

Payment

Sadly, payment options for Alchimia Grow Shop are pretty limited. As I write, they only accept credit cards (Visa, Visa electron, American Express, Mastercard, and Maestro), cash-on-delivery (for Spain and France only), and bank transfers.

Thank you for checking our reviews! If you recently bought cannabis seeds from an online store, we’d love to hear about your experience and what you think of their products and services. This will only take a few minutes but will save fellow weed growers from a lot of headaches later.  It can also determine which seedbanks we should continue to work with.

Thanks again!
